Kolmas NHL:n tähdistöottelu pelattiin vuonna 1949 Toronto Maple Leafsin kotikenttänä toimineella Maple Leaf Gardensilla 10. lokakuuta. Kolmannen kerran peräkkäin Toronto Maple Leafs kohtasi NHL:n muista seuroista kootun tähdistöjoukkueen. Tähdistöjoukkue voitti ottelun edellisen vuoden tapaan lukemin 3-1.
