Parhaan kaksikelaisen lyhytelokuvan Oscar-palkinto oli Yhdysvaltain elokuva-akatemian vuosittain jakama Oscar-palkinto. Sitä jaettiin vuodesta 1936 vuoteen 1956 ja sen pystyivät saamaan lyhytelokuvat, jotka mahtuivat kahdelle kelalle. Palkinto edelsi nykyistä parhaan lyhytelokuvan palkintoa. Useimmin palkinnon voitti Walt Disney, joka sai sen viidesti. Kolmeen voittoon ylsi Gordon Hollingshead.
