Maailman ilmatieteen päivä
Maailman ilmatieteen päivä on Yhdistyneiden kansakuntien julistama vuosipäivä, jolla muistetaan Maailman ilmatieteen järjestön perustamista Yhdistyneiden kansakuntien alaisuuteen. Järjestön perustamisesta päätettiin 23. maaliskuuta vuonna 1950 ja järjestö perustettiin vuonna 1951.[1][2]
