I apologize, I thought we were not allowed to use English on the non-English wikipedia. I will explain:

There are two people involved; one is the author and sex educator, whose legal name is Violet Blue, the other is the porn star. The writer is actually pretty famous in the United States. She has written 12 books, she writes in the San Francisco Chronicle, and she was featured as a web celebrity in the Forbes magazine Top 25 Web Celebs. She is a very well-known blogger.

The porn star, Ada Mae Johnson, adopted the name "Violet Blue", this is not her legal name. Johnson appeared in many porn films under this name. The porn star even dyed her hair the same color and cut it the same way. She did nothing to differentiate herself from the writer. This copycat behavior caused disruption in the writer's career. The writer writes on sexual topics, so people assumed that the porn star and she were the same person. The porn star was taking advantage of the writer's fame.

Finally, the author Blue trademarked her name in May of this year, and filed a lawsuit against the porn star, alleging trademark infringement, trademark dilution, and unfair business practices. The porn star very quickly issued an announcement that she would stop using the name (see the second link, above), but the lawsuit is proceeding. Her legal name is still Ada Mae Johnson.
