georgialainen means literally "the Georgian kind" or "from Georgia". The suffix -lainen usually refers to ethnicity or country or such; here it refers to the Georgian origin or "Georgianness" of the scripts. georgialaiset is simply the plural of "georgialainen". georgian here means "of the Georgian language".
