The right name for this person is Emil Loteanu, not Lotjanu, because the moldovan translitteration from the cyrillic scripts (adopted during the Soviet period, in August 31, 1989, by the Law n° 3462 & published in the Official Bulletin n° 9 (N-3462-XI) are :
