Helen O'Connell (s. 3. huhtikuuta 1962) on australialainen urologian professori Melbournen yliopiston kirurgisella osastolla ja Western Health in the Australian state of Victoria urologisen osaston johtaja. Hän on ensimmäinen nainen Australiassa, joka suoritti urologian koulutuksen ja on johtava tutkija naisten lantionseudun anatomiaan. O'Connell on International Continence Societyn (ICS) puheenjohtaja.
