First It Giveth on yhdysvaltalaisen rockyhtye Queens of the Stone Agen kappale, joka julkaistiin kolmantena singlenä yhtyeen kolmannelta albumilta Songs for the Deaf 18. elokuuta 2003.[1] Kappale on yhtyeen laulaja Josh Hommen ja basisti Nick Oliverin kirjoittama ja sille kuvattiin aiempien singlejen tapaan musiikkivideo.[2]
”First It Giveth” ylsi Britannian singlelistalla parhaimmillaan sijalle 33.[3] Singlen B-puolena julkaistiin kaksi cover-kappaletta ja kaksi remixiä.[1]
