Calgary Roughnecks on vuonna 2001 perustettu sisälacrossen ammattilaisseura Calgarystä, Albertasta. Joukkue pelaa kotiottelunsa Scotiabank Saddledomessa.
Calgary on voittanut historiansa aikana kahdesti mestaruuden, vuosina 2004 ja 2008. Roughnecks on selvinnyt pudotuspeleihin jokaisena kautenaan, lukuun ottamatta kautta 2001, mikä oli seuran ensimmäinen NLL:ssä.
